We have enjoyed living here. Whilst it feels very comfortable and cosy to us, when the grandchildren stay, they can't wait to explore the garden, play games in the summer house or 'sleep-over' in the large Scandinavian style lodge. There's plenty to do, walks, cycling, and swimming and we are so lucky to live so near the sea.

The village of Birchington is beautiful and has so much to offer; local butchers, green grocer, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, a friendly community and an easy rail commute to London.
